The best way to help you to avoid acne is by having a regular healthy diet.

5. Salad-yes it is true this is within the vegetable range, a salad usually includes all different varieties of vegetables and will allow the skins pores to open up and be clean.

I need some help, I have mostly acne scars and also some small whitehead bumps not noticeable located around the right cheek, and some areas feel very dry. I also have some small blemishes on my forehead recently, quite possibly due to my menstrual cycle. I was thinking of getting an acne-cleansing facial done because I am told it helps cleanse, exfoliate and does deep extraction on my skin. I feel that maybe it can at least make those rough spots disappear, come on some suggestions on acne cleansing or acne treatment.

I have too many pimples on my face and I really want to get rid of them. Are their certain foods that I should not eat? What is the very best brand of acne cleansing/removing product that I should purchase? How in the world could I prevent this acne from returning to my face? What should i stop doing? Ok so i did a acne free in 3 days. It worked wonders for me, My face looks clear now and i barely have acne breakouts. Only those small pimples that u can barely see. My cystic acne is gone to. Nothing ever worked for me then doing the apple fast for 3 days. I suffered with severe acne for couple years already. I found this ebook i got it for free and i did everything that the guy sayed on it. Eating apples on for 3 days, drinking sh*t loads of water and doing enemas. So yeah my skin looks really good. Even scars faded after i did the clease. So i finally understand why i was getting acne for all of those years, its because of the toxins. For years i was putting that benzoyl peroxide crap on my face witch helped but still acne was just appearing and appearing everyday. I even changed my diet. That only helped little bit but when i finally did the apple fast my acne improved 95 percent. I barely get any breakouts. I still want to get rid of those toxins in my body again. I did the apple fast and allot of toxins came out from my body. Is there any good cheap colon cleanse products to clean out the toxins. I don’t want to do the apple fast again because i am a body builder and i dont want to lose muscles and plus i cant stand apples anymore cuz i had to eat sh*t loads of them for 3 days but it was worth it and the other thing it says he cured his acne in 3 days, it didn’t cure my acne in 3 days but it improved it by 95 percent. I still get little acne because i think i didn’t remove all the toxins. So is there any other ways that u can remove toxins from the body.

I have really tried just about everything to rid myself of acne, from a dermatologists prescription and creams (the Retin A that I have works very well) but what I need is a good cleansing system. Tried Murad and Proactive but these did not really work for me. What I suffer from is cystic acne. Please give me your thoughts and opinions about a cleansing system for acne.
