Interstitial Cystitis – CLEANSE THYSELF

Holy moley peeps! I am reading a new book – rockin’ my world…I’m finding there’s an even deeper level of cleansing I need to do – and should’ve done it before taking on the raw journey….I think. I’m in the beginning stages of learning about mucoid plaque in the small intestine. So I went out and purchased some physillium POWDER and Bentonite Clay and will be looking for a time to really go deep with this. I think this may be the reason I have SO loopy since I did the juice feast in January.
