I have found that the first place to start on a body cleanse is to eliminate all dairy and wheat products. Then you can move to the next step which is opening up the drainage channels in your body, the bowels of course, but the liver and kidneys as well.
Once the channels are opened, you can detox much easier and faster than if you don’t do this.
