I Want to Do a Colon Cleanse to See if My Acne Clears Up, but I’m Scared. Help?
Is colon cleansing for me?
I have had severe acne for going on 8 years, and nothing has ever worked and I am tired of trying all the new creams. I would like to try a colon cleanse because I am told it can help clear out your colon and get rid of the acne causing toxins inside your intestines, but I am really very scared to try it on my own because a large amount of fecal matter is gonna come out and what if something goes wrong? Should I try a colon cleansing?
