What Is the Best Cleanse to Boost Immunity and Regain Health?

What is the best candida cleanse to boost immunity and get a bit heathier. I have recently quit smoking and have a bit of a whitish tongue and some bumps on the back of my tongue from Acid Reflux Disease. Would should I do to cleanse myself?
